Some say they are as fragile as a rose. But have you ever heard of someone being as fragile as stone? I stand tall like the renaissance statues, from a far I look strong, and sturdy, but once you get a closer look you can clearly see the faults in my foundation. Details in my structure show how my soft brown eyes lay low, how my tears resisted gravity and how my lungs completely stop mid breath. A rose blooms in the rain, but my shell withers away as time goes by and the clouds continue to cry.
